AlarmPro

Say you have to meet Bob from accounting tomorrow, at 5PM. With AlarmPro, you can set an alarm and be reminded about this event. It is quite easy to create alarms with this application, you can create as many as you want, and you can easily manage all these alarms from a user friendly interface. That is, in a nutshell, the functionality you can expect to get from AlarmPro.

AlarmPro does not have to be installed in order to run on a Windows-powered machine. To get it up and running you just need to download a small archive, extract its contents, and run the AlarmPro executable. Alongside this executable, you will find a TXT and a WAV file in the aforementioned archive. The TXT file lists all the hotkeys you can use; and the WAV file is a simple notification sound.

The main part of the application’s interface lists all the alarms you created. At the top there’s a panel that allows you to enter the parameters for adding a new alarm. To the left there are buttons for arranging the alarms on the list; select and alarm and move it up or down. And down at the bottom of the interface there’s a large button for minimizing AlarmPro to the system tray.

When creating a new alarm, you must provide the following information: date, time, choose if you want an alarm sound to be played or if you want a window to be displayed, choose the alarm sound that will be used, adjust the volume for the alarm, enter a brief text description, choose if you want to launch a file when the alarm goes off.
After creating all the alarms you want, they will be nicely displayed on the interface so you can conveniently visualize them, edit them, and arrange them in the order you want.

AlarmPro is free software. You can use it on your Windows-powered machine for as long as you want, for free.
